Explanation:
An AI causes a T6 singulo to escape by starting the engine too early before anyone puts down coolant, entire station gets fucked up. Seems like a clear cut AI Ban, right? Of course not, not with Falaskian. So, round starts, I go observer. The AI sets up the loop, minus the coolant, whatever. Then they start the emitters. This is bad, obviously, because no coolant. I'm watching this the ENTIRE TIME because there's no way I'm gonna miss watching these clowns fuck up the supermatter. It starts delamming, starts making anomalies. They anomalies float to the middle of the Waste area of the loop, causing those pieces to get destroyed. So, the waste loop is no longer working, and the supermatter is fucked because no one knows how to fix it. The HOP came in and got ahealed after almost dying aswell, which is all fine and dandy. Then, the SM turns into a singulo. Yikes! Then it quickly eats a ton of material and becomes a big, yellow, glowing, T6. AI Calls the shuttle, HOP recalls. Ahelp, "Can you ban the AI and command ban the HOP?" Then, just look at how these tickets went down. Fal is incredibly difficult to work with, and not a single person likes him, and ontop of that, he lied to me in the tickets about the pipes being sabotaged, claiming to have checked about it in the logs. Throughout two whole discords, everyone just discusses his poor judgement and pretty much terrible administrative decisions. He's BY FAR the least liked admins, and the choices he makes are just awful.

Let me actually clarify my statement.

Falaskian is the worst arguing, powerdrunk, dingus, oblivious, aggressive admin I have ever seen and it all makes me wonder... How the hell did this type of a man even become one in the first place.

I dont wanna sound like I'm dog piling on them, but I've only ever had negative experiences with Falaskian.

Fal is always very argumentative and hostile in ahelps. For example, the other day I was playing with another admin on (Off the top of my head I'm unsure, but I think it was Qoazi) and in an attempt to get the shuttle called due to it being called and recalled a bunch of times, used some X-4 I found from pirates to destroy the comms console; thinking it would be a small blast, enough to destroy to console.

I was wrong. Very wrong. I failed my explosives check and had planted a WAY bigger bomb. They dropped me an ahelp and allowed me to explain myself, never being argumentative or hostile. There was a very understanding and respectful communication without any assumptions being lept to. I was informed that I had created a hull breach, issued a warning, and told what I did wrong. How you should handle ahelps.

However, earlier today I had been playing as a security officer and perma brigged someone for 'Enemy of the corp', due to them assisting an antagonist. (IE. Giving them security access, not letting me arrest them when they were smashing up the bridge with a fireaxe, forcefully restraining me when I tried to). About 20mins after that had happened, I get an ahelp from Falaskian critisizing me on why I perma'd them. Falaskian was telling me that they didnt do any crimes warranting a perma, despite me pulling up the definition of 'Enemy of the corp' from space law. His only response was to say "Well actually it wasnt assissting but more greytiding".

As a former admin, I'm very polite and understanding in tickets. However I'm not exaggerating when I say that all of my ahelps from Falaskian have had a degree of hostility in them.
I've never had any experiences like that with any other admin.

Again, I hate to be all 'Hate-Boner' on them, but I really think you Toolbox should take some time to advise their admins on how to represent the server.

P.S. Both people I put into perma-brig were revealed to be antags at the end of the round. Whether its true or not, this gives the impression of meta-buddying with them, when they were caught fair and square.

Your staff complaint is on the basis of Falaskian's decision in regards to handling someone else. You aren't privy to the internal workings or guidelines for admins, and you most definitely will not be as a regular player, even so you seem to be going out of your way to build a case against him.

As for arrfur and featherfield, I find it somewhat odd that those accounts registered exactly on the dates of you posting two of your complaints.

Be it as it may, administrators are here to administrate and moderate the game. They're not customer service. Even then, I find nothing disagreeable in the mildest in how falaskian treated either you or arrfur in his PMs. Featherfield did not contribute any evidence to the case so I cannot comment on that.

Falaskian does not, and will never have to, justify or explain his decision in regards to handling other players to you.
